Decline bench heavy first and everything else will be much easier…Powerful statement but what do I mean by it?
Your chest has more muscle mass potential towards the bottom and more mass means more strength. So by going really heavy early on meaning first exercise you will prime your motor neurons to activate your fast twitch muscle fibers (the ones responsible for the majority of size and strength) which will make the rest of the workout easier.
