It’s that time of the year again. You know the time when the days are longer, warmer and much more revealing. Only problem is you feel like you aren’t ready to take part in the fun thanks to a few too many slices of grandma’s homemade lemon meringue pie. Don’t worry as there’s still time to kick start that metabolism and get shredded for the festivities.
Below I listed my favorite short, 20 min fat burning, summer shredding, muscle toning workout. Give it a try and let me know what you think:
Perform the exercises in pairs for example you would do Goblet Squats and Burpees back to back for 3 sets for the given reps and or time duration. Then you will take a rest period which is between each set completion of the pair for 45sec to 1 min. After that you will move on to the next 2 exercises and perform them in the same fashion.
