Frequently Asked Questions:


  1. Is it hard?: Working with a personal trainer or online coach, you will notice that the sessions and program gets harder as time goes on but only to the extent that your body can keep up with them and you will see your fitness increasing each session.
  2. How long can I expect to work with a coach?: This depends entirely on what you want to achieve and your current fitness level. It is best to make sure you have regular sessions of at least 2 per week or at least 8 weeks of coaching as the coach will then be able to assess your strengths, weaknesses and confirm a customized plan to ensure that you are progressing towards your goals. 
  3. How quickly will I lose the weight?: This question gets asked a lot and varies a lot between different people. Factors affecting the rate at which you lose weight include genetics, age, metabolism, number of workouts a week, diet, general activity and attitude. If you do everything your coach tells you to do you can expect to lose around 1-2lbs a week.
  4. How can I get a flat stomach and or develop abs aka: 6-pack?: You will need to consult with your coach and book a few personal training sessions or online coaching package, when they will look at your diet and make necessary changes to it, give you a customized workout to help you burn body fat more effectively which will make you leaner. Your coach will also teach you a variety of abdominal exercises to tone your midsection muscles resulting in a flatter stomach.
